These terms govern your use of medicalbillingteam.com (the "Site"), operated by Alliance Global Solutions ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. Who operates the Site
Medical Billing Team is operated by Alliance Global Solutions, a provider of remote medical billing and revenue cycle staff and currently the only vendor on our approved vendor list. Requests submitted here may be referred to Alliance Global Solutions, and we benefit if you hire it. See About & disclosure and how we vet vendors.
2. Informational use only
Content is general information about medical billing, revenue cycle management and staffing. It is not legal, compliance, tax, coding, medical or financial advice, and it doesn't create any professional relationship. Laws, payer rules and code sets change; check official sources and qualified advisors before acting. We try to keep content accurate and dated, but we don't guarantee that it's complete or current.
3. AI chat assistant
The chat assistant is an AI tool that answers from this Site's guides. It may make mistakes, and its answers are not medical, legal or financial advice. Don't rely on it for decisions without checking. Your chat messages are processed by a third-party AI service and emailed to our team as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't use the assistant to submit false information or to try to make it produce harmful or misleading content.
4. No patient information
Do not submit protected health information or any patient information through the Site, including its forms and chat assistant. You're responsible for making sure what you submit contains none.
5. No results guaranteed
We don't promise any particular financial or operational outcome, such as specific collections, denial rates or A/R days. Examples and worksheets are illustrative.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site, including by submitting false information or someone else's contact details, attempting unauthorized access, overloading or scraping the Site or its chat in ways that burden it, or introducing malware. We may limit or block access to protect the Site.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites, such as government agencies and allianceglobalsolutions.com. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to us or our licensors. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution. CPT® is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association; other marks belong to their owners.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and its content, including the chat assistant, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Site.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
